Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has officially declared that there will be "no Gaza ceasefire" for now, putting an end to celebrations among Hamas supporters. In a statement released today, Netanyahu emphasized that Israel would not proceed with any ceasefire agreement until a full list of hostages to be released by Hamas is provided.
"We will not move forward with the agreement until we receive the list of hostages who will be released," Netanyahu asserted. He further stated that Israel would not tolerate any violations of the terms of the agreement, signaling that Israel's position remains firm in the ongoing conflict. This announcement comes amid ongoing international pressure and discussions regarding a potential ceasefire, with Netanyahu reinforcing Israel's commitment to securing the release of hostages before any concessions are made.
